After placing your class order, Jesús Boltzmann will reach out via email to offer guidance and schedule a convenient meeting. During this initial interaction, please share your background, experience, skill level, and goals. Providing a brief list of preferred reference artists or artworks will help customize your instruction to your needs.

Feel free to ask questions and communicate openly with your instructor, who is dedicated to supporting you and addressing any concerns.

Our Mentorship has limited availability. Therefore, we strongly advise booking in advance to secure the most suitable time slot for you.

We offer instruction in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse range of learners.

Please note that sessions are non-refundable, except in cases of exceptional force majeure, like medical circumstances, properly justified. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled based on the instructor’s availability.

Additionally, we do not split fees.

    • All classes are private via video call. After checkout, you’ll receive a link to access your session. Jesús Boltzmann will contact you to schedule a suitable time within his available hours:

      • Monday to Friday: 11:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00 CET (UTC+1/UTC+2)

    • Students are responsible for checking the schedule and notifying Jesús at least one day in advance if they need to reschedule. Rescheduled classes will be assigned based on availability and must take place within one month.

    • No refunds under any circumstances. Once a class has been conducted, it is considered delivered. Missed classes, changes of mind, unavailability, or dissatisfaction cannot be refunded. Unused classes expire one year from purchase.
